Then Toei animation has to do the animation.

I wonder if Power Rangers will continue to be a shoestring budget show under Hasbro. Saban was notoriously cheap, and Disney never cared for it. Then again, I don't really expect much to change.

Personally I hope they don't do tqger. The suits and theme I just feel would be to kiddy and wouldn't work well here. I rather see the space season next. I wouldn't mind zyuoh either but I wouldn't want back to back animal theme seasons. So maybe do space, then lupin/pato, then maybe zyuoh. Counting of course what theme is after lupin. But that brings up a new question after beast morphers. What kinda contract will hasbro have with toei. Will it be like how it was before and hasbro has to adapt every season. Or will the contract be like Saban as present and they are allowed to skip a series if they choose for what ever reason.

ToQger's suits had a reason to be kiddy, and... the theme is trains. Lightspeed Rescue has a set of train zords. Yeah, the designs aren't perfect, but... they really aren't too kiddy. Especially when you think about how kiddy the show can get now. Plus, the villain designs are some of the best out of the skipped seasons, and the color swap gimmick would be awesome to see in PR.

Yes we have had trains as zords before. But really trains are not that big of gimmick in states. Where the theme work sell well here. I rather skip it still as we have far more viable themes with soace, zyuoh, and lupin.

I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty sure Thomas the Tank Engine sells pretty well with kids. I don't think trains are that unpopular.
After they went back six years to adapt a sentai, it's clear that things right now are unpredictable, and I really doubt ToQger is off the table. Anything is possible right now.

They main but still trains are not as big and popular as it is on japan. And come on we have way better themes to use be it zyuoh, space series, or lupin/pato. Which have a way better marketable aspect to them for western culture kids.

I have never in my life seen children en masse get excited anout trains. I doubt the majority of kids even know what Thomas the Tank Engine is.

Ya looking at what we have else to play with space rangers with the gem item gimmick, animal rangers with mind craft zords, lupin/pato cops vs thiefs (Robin hood). Way better themes and gimmicks that would sell better to western kids. Vs the whole trains and color swap deal. Now sure it be neat for the color change aspect. But the rest of that show just to me wouldn't be a big draw for merchandise and for show. Any if the others be way better sell. Animals, dinos, ninja, Space, cops way easier to sell to kids and kids would by.

It would be pretty cool to see Power Rangers animated. Though not sure if that's a possibility after Beast Morphers. It would be the first time Power Rangers would be animated.
Hasbro wouldn't think of adapting Toqger. I think their options are better with Zyuohger, Kyuranger, etc.

Ya looking at what we have else to play with space rangers with the gem item gimmick More like space orbs. animal rangers with mind craft zords, Outside of the fact that they're cubes, they really aren't min ecraft. Way better themes and gimmicks that would sell better to western kids. Vs the whole trains and color swap deal How do we know for a fact that they'd sell better, though? Like Ninninger for example. Kids love ninjas. Yet Ninninger had really bad toy sales from what I remember. Yeah, that was japan and this was america, but it's possible that it could be the same case over here. But the rest of that show just to me wouldn't be a big draw for merchandise and for show. People said stuff like this about Go Busters. I'm not saying for sure that ToQger will get adapted, I just don't see the point of ruling it out completely just because you don't like the designs. Any if the others be way better sell. Animals, dinos, ninja, Space, cops way easier to sell to kids and kids would by. Bandai originally thought Go Busters wouldn't sell well. And yet Hasbro clearly has a different opinion on it. It could be the same with ToQger. I have never in my life seen children en masse get excited anout trains. I doubt the majority of kids even know what Thomas the Tank Engine is. I mean... they still air Thomas on Nick. So they probably have some idea at least.

Even with hasbro in picture I doubt they ever do an animated cartoon or animated film. There really is no need for it. Plus would toei even want it. The franchise is better left as it is a live action TV show and possible in show movies, or out of cannon films.
Still though look at what has sold better for us fans and merchandise in the states. Dinos, space, ninja, animal themed stuff are better sellers then a whole series themed in and around trains. Could it sell OK sure. But when your hasbro or Bandai you want to look at what is more likely to give you better profit. And animals, space, cops are still far more marketable sells then just full on train rangers.
If we really want to take Thomas the train and compare it to power Rangers merchandise wise that is. Any one find any financial numbers of how well us sales are year to year for Thomas vs power rangers.

I was using Thomas to show that trains are still at least somewhat popular with kids, not that the two are exactly alike. The Thomas and ToQger toylines would be HIGHLY different. I don't watch Thomas, but I highly doubt they have megazords, morphers, and weapons and stuff like that. So I don't think checking the toyline sales for both is completely fair, since they both have a lot of different things for kids to buy.
And besides, we haven't had a season with full on trains, so we don't know how much better they would sell that the other motifs. At this point, we don't know. We really can't say "PR ToQger toy sales would suck!!!" because we honestly don't know at this point. Is it possible they could be bad? Yes. Is it possible that they could be good? Yes. We just gotta wait and see what Hasbro comes up with.
